Shipping Policy
All UK deliveries will be Royal mail First Class Signed and delivered usually within 2-3 working days. We offer International Signed For Delivery through Royal Mail services & usually deliver within 7- 21 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure you as a customer are fully satisfied and happy with the products at all times.
Please read below the policy:
- You can return most new, opened & unopened (tags attached) socks within 30 days of delivery for a full refund/exchange.
- If any of the products have been tried/used (damaged) we cannot refund or exchange.
- Any product that has a defect you must send us images and details why you are returning.
- In result of an error (wrong product/incorrect item) we will pay for the shipping cost.
- Refunds will not be issued in the case of the customer providing us with the incorrect shipping address and the product will not be replaced.
What is not covered:
- Grip socks tearing/damaged due to someone stepping on them or breaking them in physical activity, training, games and wearing without footwear as advised.
- Not following the washing and dryer guide on the label. After receiving the product back and assessing, we will finalise and send the refund if we are happy with the condition (defect).
